Through the years I have had over a dozen publications as well as over 100 local, national and international presentations in the mental health and addictions field.
I have been working in the treatment field for decades supporting people in their journey toward a happier, more fulfilling life.

My Experience
Over the years I have worked in a range of settings including outpatient clinics, residential treatment, prison services, university settings, and state government. In addition to 25 years of clinical work, I have taught meditation and yoga for over 20 years.
Together, these experiences have helped to create a rounded view of the whole person from many angles.
